Joan Low
Joan Low is the Founder and CEO of ThoughtFull, a Temasek-backed digital mental health company that provides seamless end-to-end mental healthcare for all, predominantly through employee benefits and insurers.
Having been a mental health caregiver for more than 20 years, Joan experienced first-hand the gaps in Asia’s mental healthcare ecosystem and was compelled by the experience to advocate for real change and
solutions in Asia’s mental health ecosystem through ThoughtFull.
Alexander Chiu
Alexander Chiu is the Chief Medical Officer of AXA Hong Kong and Macau, taking lead for Payer-to-Partner strategy, overseeing clinical governance of health services, implementing best practices and cost effective
healthcare as well as designing and delivering population health management programmes.
Alex’s career in healthcare spans across public and private sectors. He has practiced as a physician for 17 years before embarking on a career in health administration. Prior to joining AXA Hong Kong and Macau,
Alex was Chief Operating Officer in Gleneagles Hong Kong Hospital, who led the clinical operations and business development.
