Bupa’s Oil and Gas plans include a direct billing network of over 7,500 hospitals. Within Bupa’s network hospitals, members can receive medical care without the need to pay for treatment or submit a claim. If an employee is seriously ill or injured, Bupa can provide medical emergency assistance 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The medical emergency hotline is staffed with medically trained professionals that can arrange medical evacuation and repatriation if its required. Bupa’s Oil and gas plans provides members with access to MembersWorld, an online portal used to view policy benefits, process claims and chat online to Bupa staff.
